Its Dark in Here

I've gone through a variety of beliefs in my brief lifespan. It's something I've accepted that will change a lot as I learn more and experience more. But the idea of reincarnation has always been something that fascinated me, especially when coupled with the First Law of Thermodynamics; Energy cannot be created or destroyed.

I like the idea of life existing off death, and the circle of life, and this reincarnation idea has also played into my own Therian/Otherkin beliefs. Other things die and some of their energy goes into the formation of things that come into life. Sometimes a large chunk of that energy is obtained, sometimes its a lot of small pieces of different pieces of life. Sometimes its energy across the multiverse, another theory I subscribe to. Maybe its wishful thinking or just Too Big, but I dunno, it's what I like to believe in.

In terms of spiritual and religious beliefs, I've come to conclude I'm an Agnostic Atheist. I don't think there are deities and gods and goddesses watching down on us, but I could be wrong. Maybe there were deities and they abandoned this place ages ago. Maybe the waning faith of people caused them to wither. Maybe they're little more than belief based cosmic beings that exist in all the dark spots in the soup of space. I do however have spiritual ties to this planet, to earth.

I don't necessarily understand it, but I do sort of understand better the people who worship the earth and treat it as their goddess and Mother. I think it's more reassuring to worship something so large and tangible as the planet we live on.

Anyway this is mostly just me rambling about silly things but thats what this is for right?
